What kind of church is this?
Agawam Church is a non-denominational evangelical church. In short, that means that we believe in the long-standing truths of the Bible and that we should live our lives according to these truths.
What should I wear?
You will feel comfortable coming as you are. On any Sunday morning there will be people that are dressed up and people that have jeans on.
How long will the service last?
Our morning service with singing and message starts at 10AM and finishes around 11:10. You may leave at this point, or you may decide to stay for refreshments and check out the discussion of the morning message. During this second portion of time, there are classes for the kids too. It finishes at 12 noon.
What will the service be like?
The service will start with the whole church singing contemporary praise songs, a short break for greeting, announcements and Bible reading, more singing followed by a quick children’s message and then the main Bible message from the pastor.
Will I have to do anything or will I be singled out in any way?
We want you to come check us out. We’ll let you share as much or as little information about you as you want. You’ll find us a friendly bunch, but we won’t put you in the spotlight at anytime.
What about my children? Is there something good for them?
During the first 20 minutes, everyone is together for singing and announcements. Then there is a special message from the pastor to the children and they are dismissed to a children’s church time of singing, Bible story and games.
What time is the service?
Our morning service starts at 10AM and finishes around 11:10AM.
How do I get there?
We currently meet at the Agawam Junior High School. This is located just a few yards east of the intersection of Rt 187 and Rt 57 in the center of Feeding Hills. We are across the street from the Feeding Hills Stop & Shop. Park in the parking lot directly in front of the school and come in the main entrance. The auditorium is located just inside the front entrance across the foyer.

- Take Exit 3 and follow SR-57 West all the way to the end
- Turn right (going north) onto SR-187/Westfield Street
- Go to the second traffic light and turn right (going east) onto Springfield Street
- Turn right into Agawam Junior High School directly across from Stop and Shop
